ABOUT

Kelly's debut album Freight Train is set to release November, 2022.  Produced in Nashville by musician and songwriter, Terry Sweet, Freight Train is a musical and artistic collaboration between Kelly and esteemed French artist, Sauveur Carlus. Listeners will love the Americana feel with a delightful visual twist of France.

As a 20+ year music educator, Kelly has led countless children to develop a love of music through her lessons, songs and musicals.

As a performer "I want to bring people joy and to let them know that they are not alone." Says Kelly.  "We all experience trials and heartache and we can all build healthy relationships through God's incredible grace and mercy."

Kelly's songs are simple, unique and written to inspire.  Her stories speak from experience and resilience.  "Our faith is a lifelong journey, and no matter where you are at, God will meet you on the bridge where you are." "Let us fall into the hands of the Lord, for his mercy is great..." 2 Samuel 24:14

MISSION

Making A Difference Musically

MISSION

My mission is to connect people to God's merciful love through music.  As a teacher, worship leader and member of the Maverick City Gospel Choir, I have experienced the transformative power of music first hand.  Musical experiences create a beautiful bridge between societal cultural divides.  Whether we participate through creating or listening to music, we experience a divine gift that helps us to connect and sometimes disconnect with the world around us.  Much like the Mystery of the Faith, Music can lead us to and through experiences that words can not explain.  Music is a testimony to the existence of our great and mighty God.

CONNECTION

We all have a past, it's part of who we are.  My music is about my journey and connecting to the stories of friends I've met along the way.  It's about connecting  the earth's beauty to the heavenly stars and about trusting God's plans for us in this often complex and troublesome world. In The Bible, King David relied on music for self-expression, reflection, counseling and to praise God from whom he found his strength.
"He sang to the Lord the words of this song when the Lord delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. He said:
I love you, Lord, my strength." Psalm 18:1
