ABOUT
Kelly's debut album Freight Train was released in November, 2022. Produced in Nashville by musician and songwriter, Terry Sweet. Freight Train is a musical and artistic collaboration between Kelly and esteemed French artist, Sauveur Carlus. Listeners will love the Americana feel with a delightful visual twist of France.

In addition to solo shows, Kelly is thrilled to be singing lead vocals with the iconic Milwaukee based jazz band "The J-Ryan Trio". She enjoys performing with the trio regularly in the Milwaukee area. Kelly is also a member of "SongShare" a Nashville based collaborative of Singers, Songwriters, Producers and Creatives.

My mission is to bring joy to others and to share God's love through music.
Through my work as a teacher, worship leader and touring artist, I have experienced the transformative power of God's love in music. Whether we participate through creating or listening, we experience a divine gift that helps us to connect and sometimes disconnect with the world around us.

Music can lead us to and through experiences that words can not explain. Music is a testimony to the existence of our great and mighty God.

INSPIRATION
My music is inspired by nature, faith, optimism and countless stories of family and friends. In my journey, I have learned to trust in God's plans rather than in our complex and troublesome world.

As a Christian I intend to give my listeners a raw and honest account of God's work in my life. I find endless encouragement in the Book of Psalms. King David shared both victory and heartache through song. He was fervent in his worship and never held back when glorifying God. In Psalm 62, David describes his close relationship with God, the kind of personal relationship that all hearts long for: Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him. Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken. Psalm 62:1-2 (NIV)

Kelly holds a lifetime teaching license and has 20+ years of music education through multi-age collaborations, songwriting, performance and a unique approach to teaching classroom instruments.
Kelly writes with SongShare, a collaborative of international, national and Nashville based creatives. She has presented at the Wisconsin Music Educator's Convention and worked alongside adult educators to help them unlock the potential that music has for their classroom. Kelly is a member of the Elmbrook Church Worship Team and guest leader serving with Terry Michael's Choir Network and other local churches. She is also a wife and mother who understands the complexities of family, work and faith.
